FINDING A RABBIT VETERINARIAN
IF THIS IS AN EMERGENCY and you are looking for a twenty-four hour urgent care facility, please visit the Emergency Contact Information page.

Are you looking for a vet in the state of Colorado? It is very important that you see a vet who specializes in rabbits or exotics. Unfortunately, you cannot trust just any vet to properly care for rabbits.
On this page, we've listed exotic vets within the area. Please let us know your experience when using them and if you would recommend them moving forward!
If you use a vet for your rabbit that you absolutely love and would like to get added to this page, please email us at managers@rmhrr.org and let us know your experience.

Alternatively, if you have taken your rabbit to a vet claiming to be able to treat rabbits, but does not treat yours appropriately, you can file a complaint with the Board of Veterinary Medicine. If they are also listed on this page, please email us at managers@rmhrr.org and let us know what happened.

Finally, if you are looking for low cost spay or neuter options, please visit the Hamlet Spay and Neuter Clinic, the Boulder Humane Society, or SpayToday
LOOKING FOR AN OUT-OF-STATE VET?
The Rabbit.Org Foundation maintains a good list of vets that treat rabbits across the country. Visit their resource page to learn more.
If you are in the area, the Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue can highly recommend the Orchard Veterinary Medical Center.
