Jagger was born in care at the RMHRR to Jessup and Fulton. Jagger is a little timid, but this handsome young man will have a lot of time to warm up to his new family. Jagger does well when he has a hidey house for when he’s feeling a bit shy. Jagger’s most striking feature is that he has these incredibly cute tan feet, so it looks like he’s always wearing socks!
